Service offering
What is the service offering of iAccess Partners?
Through the digital platform of iAccess Partners you can invest directly in Private Equity funds starting at a minimum of 25’000 Swiss Francs.
Do I need a securities account to invest in Private Equity funds on iAccess Partners?
Yes, you need a securities account of a bank to buy the ISIN number, which accords to your Private Equity fund investment.
Is there a lower and upper limit to the amount I can invest with iAccess Partners?
The minimum investment amount is 25’000 Swiss Francs per Private Equity fund investment. There is no maximal amount, as long as it does not exceed the maximal remainder of an investment ticket.
What happens if the minimal ticket size of a Private Equity investment opportunity is not reached?
In the event that the accumulated investment interests of all investors are not enough to reach the minimal ticket size, the investment will not take place, about which you would be informed. Because you will not have invested any money at this point, the process of cancelling an investment opportunity in a Private Equity fund is very smooth for you.
Where does my invested money flow?
Your invested money flows to a custody bank account, which is held in the name of the Luxembourg SPV of iAccess Partners. The custodian bank serves the capital calls and distributions of the underlying Private Equity fund. Please note that there is a seperate custody bank account per Private Equity fund investment opportunity.
How does iAccess Partners aggregate my investment?
iAccess Partners employs an SPV, which sole purpose it is to aggregate the money of all individual investors and then invest it in a Private Equity fund.
In order for you to gain access to a Private Equity fund, your investment needs to be aggregated with the investments of other investors, in order to have a large-enough investment sum to gain access to a Private Equity fund. iAccess Partners fully digital investment platform allows for an efficient aggregation of the individual Private Equity fund investments.
Depending on the pre-existence of an ISIN of the Private Equity fund, the aggregation process varies. If an ISIN pre-exists, iAccess Partners digitally aggregates the Private Equity fund investment interests to a large enough investment sum. If a minimal aggregated investment sum is reached, you may buy the pre-existing ISIN. If an ISIN does not pre-exist and a minimal aggregated investment sum is reached, iAccess Partners employs an SPV, which sole purpose it is to aggregate the money of all individual investors and then invest it in a Private Equity fund. This allows for the creation of an ISIN. The fact that you are invested in the same Private Equity fund with other investors does at no point influence your individual investment.
Can I invest in more than one fund?
Yes, you can invest in different funds and thus diversify your Private Equity fund investments over time.
What does iAccess Partners do once I am invested?

How are the proceeds distributed after the investment?
Over its lifetime a Private Equity fund distributes some proceeds back to its investors before distributing all the remaining proceeds back to the investors at the end of a fund’s lifetime. As an investor you will be notified about these distributions.
